本标准规定了热喷涂涂层厚度测量的术语、测量方法的选择、参比面的确定及局部厚度的测量。
本标准适用于所有热喷涂方法,包括火焰喷涂、电弧喷涂、等离子喷涂等所制备的各种磁性金属基体上非磁性涂层和非磁性金属基体上非导电涂层的厚度测量及评定。
